1. Services
The Level Next builds Shopify stores and related graphics for clients. Scope, deliverables, fees (flat or hourly) and timeline are confirmed in writing before work starts.
2. Payment
A portion of the fee is paid before work begins and the remainder at launch, unless agreed otherwise in writing. Hourly work is invoiced from tracked hours.
3. Ownership
On receipt of full payment, the client owns the final designs and graphics created for their store. Shopify themes, apps and fonts remain under their own licenses.
4. Revisions
The number of revision rounds is stated in the agreed scope. Further changes are quoted or billed hourly.
5. Liability
We do not guarantee specific sales results. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the services in question.
